Established in 1939, Birtcher Development was formed as a family-based enterprise to generate recurring and growing cashflows and net worth, alongside its institutional investors and high net worth families for multi-generational ownership.
Birtcher specializes in developing speculative logistics warehouse facilities for some of the most significant investors and occupiers in North America. Today, it has 5 million square feet of industrial projects in Southern California under entitlement, construction or asset management.
